Scammers bought a large telegram group with many fake members (so that the group appears higher than ours), renamed to Point, scamming some naive users who don’t check URLs with a fake web wallet, and then dumping their POINT tokens on exchanges, adding to the sell pressure from bounty airdroppers

Telegram is slow to respond. Please help shut it down, let’s mass report it together!

4. Choose “Fake”

5. For the fastest response, also copy and send the link https://t.me/pointnetworkcommunity to @notoscam Telegram bot and add “Scam group”

Christmas came early for Point validators! Delegation of locked treasury tokens to validators is finalized:

1. Being a validator no longer altruistic, infra subsidized until network matures
2. Less power to top validators
3. Token bleed from too much staking inflation stopped

We hope they will use it responsibly, invite other validators, and perhaps become ambassadors and help spread the word about Point, now that incentives are aligned even more!

Elon Twitter drama today:

- Elon banned ElonJet account posting Elon’s private jet movements
- Journalists reported on it
- Elon banned journalists’ accounts
- They were still able to use Twitter Spaces, so they created one to chat
- Elon joined, was confronted by them
- He exited and suspended Twitter Spaces feature for the whole Twitter, making all Twitter Spaces offline (including that one)
- He banned all Twitter users from pasting any links to Mastodon, alternative social media
