At Pody, our mission is to empower students and teachers by rewarding their contributions—ensuring quality education is accessible to all. With the global education market projected to grow from $6 trillion in 2022 to $8 trillion by 2030 (Morgan Stanley), the potential for on-chain education is enormous. We are committed to leading this transformation.

However, in recent times, excessive spamming by some students has negatively impacted platform accessibility and user experience. To restore fairness and improve accessibility for everyone, we have implemented the following measures:

📜 1. Policy Updates
We have updated our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service to enhance security and ensure a fair experience. Please review these updates to stay informed. Check https://pody.network/terms and https://pody.network/privacy.

⚖️ 2. New Enforcement Measures
- Users may receive warnings and experience point deductions before a permanent ban is enforced.
- A capping mechanism has been introduced to limit how quickly users can create or join classrooms and earn points.
- Chronic violators may face immediate bans without prior warnings.
🔧 3. Service Status
Thank you for your patience during our recent upgrade. We’re happy to announce that all services are now fully operational. This update has significantly improved accessibility by preventing spam and ensuring a smoother experience for all users.

🚨 4. Usage Guidelines
To maintain a fair platform for everyone:

- Do not join multiple calls at the same time.
- Do not create multiple calls solely to accumulate points.
Continued violations may result in account suspension or a ban.
These changes make Pody more accessible and fair for all users. We appreciate your support as we continue to improve the platform and advance the future of on-chain education.
