🚀 Minor Update

For all non auto-renewing subscriptions (Crypto or Payssion) we have added a renewal option, this way you can renew before your plan expires and keep unused bandwidth.

✅ Minor Update

You can now select the quantity of bandwidth that you want to purchase. This allows for an easier process in case you want to buy larger amounts of bandwidth.

Due to an increased demand in more concurrency, we have increased the concurrency limit to 1000 as a default for all subscriptions. 🚀

There was a problem with one of our subnet's routing, which caused some requests to time out. We resolved this problem and it should be back to normal now.

Dear customers,

we faced an unreliable response time from the proxy servers today night and are already working on a solution. There was a hefty increase in load on our servers and we are now scaling up to handle this new load.

We are sorry for the inconvenience, we also made a slight adjustment to temporarily make the infrastructure more stable. Thank you for your understanding!

It seems like we managed to stabilize everything, now we are waiting to get additional servers set up. Thank you for your patience!

UPDATE: The server is currently getting set up.

UPDATE: The server is set up, we are currently waiting for the datacenter to reroute our IPv6 ranges in order to use them on the other server. I will keep updating here about the situation. Estimation is that we can fully resolve the issue today.

The infrastructure will be taken down for maintenance now to apply updates.

Problem solved. Get your new proxies from https://dashboard.plainproxies.com/

If you still face issues, please clear your dns cache.

On windows you can do that with opening cmd and then typing: ipconfig /flushdns

We encountered problems with the proxy servers yesterday. It should be resolved by now. Please check your proxy connection.

We are moving parts of our infrastructure, please stand by until the migration is complete.

The migration is fully going. Meanwhile we recovered the US geolocation to fully function, please give us time until the end of the day to migrate all other geolocations.
