We are now starting to migrate our datacenter IPv4 software, you might have difficulties to change your IP whitelists for the time being. Please allow for 20-30 minutes for us to migrate everything over. The service is not affected, you can still use anything as is. There will be a new port announced soon that you can use.

We have fully migrated our datacenter product, if you haven't updated your proxy port yet please do so in the next 4 hours.

We recently identified an issue that affected the accuracy of our residential proxy country and city targeting. Specifically, our gateways failed to retrieve the latest geolocation databases and instead relied on outdated IP2Geolocation data.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. The issue has now been resolved, and an update has been rolled out to ensure our systems are using the most current geolocation information moving forward.
