In 2023, PlainProxies has expanded its payment methods to provide greater convenience for our customers. We are pleased to announce that we now accept more than 70 cryptocurrencies, allowing our customers to make payments using their preferred digital assets.

In order to cater specifically to our Chinese and Hong Kong customers, we have introduced Alipay and Unionpay as payment options. This enables seamless transactions for customers from these regions.

To better serve our Vietnamese customers, we have added VietQR as a payment method, ensuring a smooth and efficient payment experience.

For our Austrian customers, we now accept EPS, providing a locally popular and trusted payment solution.

In response to the needs of our Polish customers, we have incorporated P24 as a payment option, allowing them to conveniently complete transactions.

Understanding the requirements of our Brazilian customers, we are delighted to introduce Boleto as a payment method, providing a widely used and widely accepted payment solution.

Lastly, we have expanded our payment options for our Russian customers by introducing Qiwi and Webmoney. These popular payment methods in Russia offer our customers more flexibility and convenience.

At PlainProxies, we strive to enhance our services and ensure a seamless payment experience for customers worldwide.

🚀 Minor Update

For all non auto-renewing subscriptions (Crypto or Payssion) we have added a renewal option, this way you can renew before your plan expires and keep unused bandwidth.

✅ Minor Update

You can now select the quantity of bandwidth that you want to purchase. This allows for an easier process in case you want to buy larger amounts of bandwidth.

Due to an increased demand in more concurrency, we have increased the concurrency limit to 1000 as a default for all subscriptions. 🚀

There was a problem with one of our subnet's routing, which caused some requests to time out. We resolved this problem and it should be back to normal now.

Dear customers,

we faced an unreliable response time from the proxy servers today night and are already working on a solution. There was a hefty increase in load on our servers and we are now scaling up to handle this new load.

We are sorry for the inconvenience, we also made a slight adjustment to temporarily make the infrastructure more stable. Thank you for your understanding!

It seems like we managed to stabilize everything, now we are waiting to get additional servers set up. Thank you for your patience!

UPDATE: The server is currently getting set up.

UPDATE: The server is set up, we are currently waiting for the datacenter to reroute our IPv6 ranges in order to use them on the other server. I will keep updating here about the situation. Estimation is that we can fully resolve the issue today.

The infrastructure will be taken down for maintenance now to apply updates.

If you still face issues, please clear your dns cache.

On windows you can do that with opening cmd and then typing: ipconfig /flushdns
