- Expanded access to more websites – We’ve built a special IPv6 ↔️ IPv4 NAT bridge:
- If a site is behind Cloudflare or Fastly but doesn’t support IPv6, our proxies detect it automatically.
- We route your request through our bridge so you can still reach it over IPv6.
- This means you can now access many more sites than with normal IPv6 proxies.

Due to an unexpected issue with our authentication cluster, some user data was deleted. We immediately restored the system from the most recent backup (from yesterday) to bring services back online as quickly as possible. Purchases made during the affected period will need to be resolved manually—please reach out to our live chat team so we can assist you directly.
Our team is actively investigating the root cause of this incident to ensure it cannot happen again. Once the investigation is complete, we will provide a full report.
As compensation, all users on a datacenter plan will automatically receive an additional 24 hours of service.
