We recently identified an issue that affected the accuracy of our residential proxy country and city targeting. Specifically, our gateways failed to retrieve the latest geolocation databases and instead relied on outdated IP2Geolocation data.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. The issue has now been resolved, and an update has been rolled out to ensure our systems are using the most current geolocation information moving forward.

Due to an unexpected issue with our authentication cluster, some user data was deleted. We immediately restored the system from the most recent backup (from yesterday) to bring services back online as quickly as possible. Purchases made during the affected period will need to be resolved manually—please reach out to our live chat team so we can assist you directly.
Our team is actively investigating the root cause of this incident to ensure it cannot happen again. Once the investigation is complete, we will provide a full report.
As compensation, all users on a datacenter plan will automatically receive an additional 24 hours of service.
