There was a problem with one of our subnet's routing, which caused some requests to time out. We resolved this problem and it should be back to normal now.
Dear customers,

we faced an unreliable response time from the proxy servers today night and are already working on a solution. There was a hefty increase in load on our servers and we are now scaling up to handle this new load.

We are sorry for the inconvenience, we also made a slight adjustment to temporarily make the infrastructure more stable. Thank you for your understanding!
It seems like we managed to stabilize everything, now we are waiting to get additional servers set up. Thank you for your patience!
UPDATE: The server is currently getting set up.

UPDATE: The server is set up, we are currently waiting for the datacenter to reroute our IPv6 ranges in order to use them on the other server. I will keep updating here about the situation. Estimation is that we can fully resolve the issue today.
The infrastructure will be taken down for maintenance now to apply updates.

Everyone, please redownload your proxy lists from the website.
Please do not DM me, we are still working on the additional server to take load from the other servers.

Problem solved. Get your new proxies from https://dashboard.plainproxies.com/
If you still face issues, please clear your dns cache.

On windows you can do that with opening cmd and then typing: ipconfig /flushdns

There are currently issues with dns. This is due to cloudflare https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/

We are awaiting a fix on their end

We are moving parts of our infrastructure, please stand by until the migration is complete.

The migration is fully going. Meanwhile we recovered the US geolocation to fully function, please give us time until the end of the day to migrate all other geolocations.
For full capacity operations please use the US geolocation or the woldwide targeting.

We will compensate all users for the degraded servers, so please be patient with us while we are working on improving the product long-term.

We successfully finished the migration as of now. Between 2:00 CET and now (17:52 CET) there was a degraded experience when targeting certain sites. This should be solved now! Please check your operations. If you still face issues please regenerate the proxies from the dashboard as the dns records changed.

Thank you for your patience, we will now work on solving singular user issues and apply compensation time to all active subscriptions!

The netherlands geolocation has faced a small downtime due to a planned maintenance in the datacenter. Everything should be back up properly for this geolocation now.
