3. To perform root cause analysis of quality problems & rejections/rework and
Implementing systematic Solution by using 8D Methodology and Statistics
Tools.
4. Quality Improvement through Process Control using various QC tool like
Pareto diagrams, X bar & R Chart
5. Should be familiar with machining component drawing and should be able to do inspections independently
6. Training to all concerned on marker defects and be able to handle large operator’s team.
