The Economist: Fedorov has launched a number of reforms in the military in his months in office, but they have met with resistance from some of the military leadership. Tensions between Fedorov and the generals surfaced during a meeting in early July.

The generals criticized Fedorov for supplying the army, and he responded that without his emergency purchases of drones at the beginning of the year, Ukraine’s current operations would have been impossible, particularly in Crimea.

The publication reports that Fedorov also has “deep disagreements” with the commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Syrskyi.

Two different coordinate systems. There is no common language, even if direct conflict is avoided.

The US has begun the process of granting Ukraine licenses to produce Patriot interceptor missiles, The Kyiv Independent reported, citing a senior Ukrainian official. Lockheed Martin supports the move, and the official said the process may take less than several months.

⚡️Right now, the President of Ukraine, Zelenskyy, is holding a meeting with the Minister of Defense, Fedorov.

Zelenskyy also plans to meet with Syrskyi and Koretskyi. The outcome of these meetings will determine whether Fedorov will remain in his position as Minister of Defense.

Is Zelensky dismisses Fedorov it is a proof that Ukrainian government is corrupted. I will go full scale against Zelenskyy on my channel. I will not support him in any way.
Fedorov is the only defence minister who reforms Ukrainian army.
Removing him from position would be the second biggest mistake in Zelensky’s career. (The first one was before the war when Zelensky didn’t believe in attack and was not preparing country for defence).
So yes, if Fedorov is gone, Zelensky should be gone too. New elections are needed in this case.
Ukraine doesn’t need corrupt people in power. Especially right now.

⚡️What the Ministry of Defense, under the leadership of Fedorov, has accomplished:

1. Cut off access to Starlink for Russians, which significantly limited their ability to wage an effective war using drones.
2. Receiving the Ministry of Defense without a budget, they took the risk and used funds allocated for the end of the year to effectively invest in mid-range strikes, FPV drones with fiber optics, cheap reconnaissance, electronic warfare (EW), drone interceptors, and long-range strike drones. They procured more drones in four months than in the entire previous year.
3. Launched a "Logistical Lockdown," which allowed them to disrupt enemy logistics and begin isolating Crimea.
4. Continued funding the "Drone Line" program, which is the foundation for procuring drones for the Unmanned Systems Forces.
5. Launched a program to support modern drone assault units, which primarily wage war using technology.
6. Implemented a 70% prepayment requirement for purchases through eBays on the Brave1 Market platform.
7. Radically changed the procurement system. They launched the first tenders for long-range artillery and hundreds of thousands of drones, saving the state budget billions of dollars.
8. For the first time, they procured thousands of pickup trucks, buggies, and ATVs for the troops, and did so through a tender process.
9. Included Pavel Lazary in the Air Force and implemented a procedure for analyzing each massive attack (After Action Review). During this time, the percentage of drone interceptions increased from 83% to 91%, and cruise missiles from 47% to 87%.
10. For the first time, they signed a contract for the supply of missiles for Patriot PAC-2 GEM-T, and also submitted an application through a European credit for the purchase of PAC-3 missiles.
11. Launched a basic level of drone support for brigades and corps. *Starting in July, all combat brigades and corps will begin receiving predictable drone deliveries without manual intervention.* This allows for forecasting future actions.
12. Launched a large-scale grant program for manufacturers of explosives and missiles.
13. Began a significant, albeit unpopular, transformation of the armed forces: *contracts for all personnel with defined terms of service and deferments, and the introduction of one of the highest salaries in the world for infantry and assault troops.*
14. Held three "Ramstein" meetings. *It was announced that $40 billion in support would be provided this year (and this does not include the European credit).*
15. Launched a mechanism to use the European credit for our military priorities. This was a separate, complex bureaucratic task that was successfully implemented.
16. Found a way to scale up the production of cheap missiles to counter Shahed kamikaze drones. They signed a record contract.
17. Our Ballistics. It is symbolic that on the day of the government's liberation, they successfully tested a ballistic system developed within the Ministry of Defense. They radically changed the technical specifications and proved maximum accuracy. They reduced the price by 30%. Ukraine will enter a new league.
18. Signed a contract to purchase Gripen aircraft, which will allow them to shoot down Su aircraft and carriers of KAB guided bombs.
19. Together with the military, they planned and implemented Operation "Auchan," which halted the enemy's mechanized offensive for six months.
20. Opened exports within the Drone Deal program to attract investment and increase the production of the defense industry (military-industrial complex).
21. Launched Trophy Lab - providing partners with the opportunity to study Russian military developments.
22. Launched the Defense AI Center A1 to accelerate the integration of artificial intelligence into military operations.
