According to CNN, citing a senior White House official, Israel has also agreed to the two week ceasefire and will pause strikes on Iran for the duration of the ceasefire. This comes amidst new ballistic missile launches from Iran against Israel minutes ago.

Trump accepted Iran's conditions for ending the war, and thus a two-week ceasefire was announced, according to Iranian TV.

Vance, Kushner, and Witkoff will lead the U.S. negotiating team.

Iran specifically requested Vance.

Putting all three in the room will be the first test of whether these talks survive Friday morning.

It is now confirmed that the UAE Air Force has conducted a large-scale operation targeting Iran’s oil and petrochemical plants in the Persian Gulf region. They have bombed refineries on the islands of Siri and Lavan and targeted multiple other petrochemical facilities using not only Wing Loong 2 armed drones, but also Mirage 2000-9 EAD fighter jets. Operations are ongoing, with reports that Emirati aircraft have also flown over southern Iran.

Trump appeared to endorse a condition by Iran in last night’s ceasefire that allows them to charge tolls on ships transiting the Strait of Hormuz, claiming that the fees may by a “joint venture” between Iran and the United States. “We’re thinking of doing it as a joint venture. It’s a way of securing it - also securing it from lots of other people. It’s a beautiful thing.”
