WRONG solution to get the right answer.... this type of solution is doing rounds on multiple platforms... One of my students questioned me regarding this, showing me this snapshot

How can the Least count be 0.03 when the measured value is 0.13 cm? Think! Think! Think! Teacher or student, we should all be learners of physics first, right? You should be able to think, right? Did you get it ?🙂
