🇵🇸November 29 marks the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People. This year, hundreds of thousands of people will mark the day with mass mobilizations calling for an end to the US-sponsored, Israeli genocide in Gaza.
Days ago, Israel was forced to accept a ceasefire deal in Lebanon and is finding itself more and more isolated with the arrest warrants issued by the International Criminal Court (ICC) for PM Benjamin Netanyahu and ex-minister of defense Yoav Gallant. The people of Palestine, supported by the majority of the world's population continue to demand an end to the Zionist occupation, a safe return for all refugees and displaced, and a sovereign Palestinian state.

Many of these lives were taken by security forces firing live ammunition at close range to “head or torso, suggesting that they were shooting to kill,” the report stated.

Upon arrival, they were ambushed by Batista troops, and many were killed. Those who remained started the armed struggle against the dictatorship and were rapidly joined by peasants and working-class people, which ignited the Sierra Maestra fight and eventually defeated the dictatorship.

Tens of thousands of Indian farmers took to the streets and marched towards the capital New Delhi, with key demands for the far-right BJP government to address the crisis of livelihood.
The farmers organized with the United Farmers Front (SKM) are demanding:
- compensation for land acquired by the state to build urban infrastructure in and around the capital city
- a better rehabilitation package for those who lost their land.
- Minimum support price for crops
Today the police cracked down on the protest and arrested at least 160 farmers.
