🇮🇳 Indian workers and farmer stage historic three-day protest

The joint mega march was organized in all State capitals to demand the implementation of a 21-point demand charter of farmers and laborers against the “corporate-communal nexus” of the Bharatiya Janata Party-led National Democratic Alliance government headed by Narendra Modi.

On the third day of this historic nationwide protest, thousands of farmers and laborers united against the “anti-farmer, anti-labor and anti-people” policies of the Central government and gave a call to intensify their agitation.

🇮🇪 The people reclaim the Dublin streets rampaged by right-wing mobs

Working class groups marched in Dublin on November 27, in solidarity with Dubliners traumatized by far-right riots and the gruesome knife attack on November 23.

Participants highlighted that the Irish society stands against all attempts to divide working people and also sent solidarity to the victims. In calling for the protest, the ICTU stated: “The scenes of violence in our capital were displayed right throughout the world and has done significant damage. We condemn the far right and racist-infused mindless and wanton violence and must say that this does not represent us as workers or as a country.”

Are there any paranoids in the stadium tonight? Two nights in Santiago with Roger Waters

No one does a stadium show like Roger Waters. The music, of course, is resplendent, but so too are the soundscape, the images, the giant sheep and pig, the lasers, the films, the energy of the fans who—despite the language differences—sing along… “Did you exchange a walk-on part in the war for a lead role in a cage?” It is a riot of emotions.

🇵🇸 Across the globe, mobilizations called for the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People

November 29 marks the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People, called for originally in 1977 by the UN General Assembly as a commemoration of the day the UN adopted the resolution on the partition of Palestine in 1947.

Now, 76 years after partition, Israel has violated international law and resolutions relating to Palestine, and has slowly attempted to occupy all of Palestinian land. Today, Israel is also waging one of the most violent wars on Palestine in decades, which has claimed at least 15,000 lives in Gaza in less than 50 days, the vast majority being women and children.
