Token- Upgrade to path the way … [no action required]

On Saturday, March 02nd, 2019, the PCL-Token will move to a new smart-contract. With the new contract, we will consolidate official Peculium controlled funds, foundation addresses, and release the complete control of the tokens to the users by removal of the freeze-function.

The AI team is working hard to get everything ready, so that the public beta can start slightly delayed by the end of this week.
