ስኬት ባንክ በበጀት አመቱ አጠቃላይ የካፒታል መጠኑን 9.3 ቢሊዮን ብር አደረሰ!

ስኬት ባንክ በ2024/25 በጀት ዓመት አፈፃጸም እና 2025/26 ዕቅድ ላይ ከሐምሌ 18 -19/2025 የሁለት ቀናት ጉባኤ አካሂዷል፡፡

በውይይቱ ላይ እንደተገለፀው በ2024/25 በጀት ዓመት የባንኩ አጠቃላይ ካፒታል 9.3 ቢሊዮን ብር የደረሰ ሲሆን 19.2 ቢሊዮን ብር አጠቃላይ ሀብት አስመዝግቧል፡፡ ባንኩ ብር 7.6 ቢሊዮን ተቀማጭ ገንዘብ ማሰባሰብ የቻለ ሲሆን በዚህም ባንኩ በተጠናቀቀው በጀት ዓመት 2.7 ቢሊዮን ብር ገቢ በማስመዝገብ ከ1.4 ቢሊዮን ብር በላይ ትርፍ ማግኘት ችሏል።

የኢትዮጵያ ንግድ ባንክ ሰባት ቢሊየን 735 ሚሊየን ብር አጭበርብረውኛል ባላቸው በ14 ግለሰቦች ላይ ክስ ተመሰረተ፤ ክስ ከተመሰረተባቸው ግለሰቦች መካከል ሁለቱ የብሔራዊ መረጃ እና ደህንነት አገልግሎት ሰራተኞች መሆናቸው ታውቋል። አድራሻቸው አዲስ አበባ መሆኑ የተገለጹ የደህንነት ተቋሙ ሰራተኞች ንጉሴ እምሩ ጉሪኖ እና መሀመድ ነጋሽ ገሰሰ (ቅፅል ስም ዋለልኝ) የተባሉ መሆናቸውም በክሱ ላይ ተጠቅሷል።

አዲስ ስታንዳርድ የተመለከተው በፌደራል ከፍተኛ ፍ/ቤት ልደታ ምድብ ፀረ ሙስና ወንጀል ችሎት የቀረበው የክስ ዝርዝር እንደሚያሳየው ለተመሰረተው ክስ 20 የሰው እና 24 የሰነድ ማስረጃዎች ቀርበዋል። ከ14ቱ ተከሳሾች ውስ) 13 በእስር ላይ ይገኛሉ ተብሏል።

የክሱ መዝገብ እንደሚያስረዳው ተካሳሾቹ “በዋና ወንጀል አድራጊነት እና ስልጣንን አለአግባብ መገልገል ከባድ የሙስና ወንጀል” ነው የተመሰረተባቸው።

በተያዘው አመት 2017 ዓ.ም ግንቦት ወር ላይ መገናኛ ብዙሃን “በኢትዮጵያ ንግድ ባንከ የውስጥ አካውንት ውስጥ ተቀምጦ የነበረ ከ7 ቢሊየን ብር በላይ መዘረፉ ተገለፀ” በሚል ሰፊ ሽፋን የተሰጠው ዘገባ ማቅረባቸው ይታወሳል፤ ይህንንም ተከትሎ ባንኩ ምንም ገንዘብ አልተዘረፍኩም ሲል መግለጫ በማውጣት አስተባብሎ ነበር።

አገልግሎቱ ስማርት ኪዮስኮችንና ታብሌቶችን እንዲሁም የጣት አሻራንና የፊት ገጽን እንደ መለያ የሚጠቀም ሲሆን፣ ጊዜ የሚወስዱ የአሠራር ሂደቶችን በማስወገድ የባንካችንን የአገልግሎት ደረጃ ፈጣን፣ አስተማማኝና ግልጽ ከማድረግ አኳያ ጉልህ ለውጥ የሚያመጣ ይሆናል፡፡

በተጨማሪም ደንበኞች ወረፋ መጠበቅ ሳያስፈልጋቸው ፈጣን አገልግሎት ማግኘት እንዲችሉ የጥሬ ገንዘብ መቀበያና መክፈያ /Recyclers/ እና በመጠኑ ከፍተኛ የሆነ ገንዘብ ለመቀበል የሚያስችሉ ማሽኖች /Bulk Deposit Machines/ በተመረጡ ቅርንጫፎች የተዘጋጁ ሲሆን፣ በቀጣይም በሁሉም ቅርንጫፎች ተደራሽ እንደሚሆን ተገልጿል፡፡

አገልግሎቱ የእንግሊዝኛ ቋንቋን ጨምሮ በተለያዩ ሃገራዊ የቋንቋ አማራጮች ማለትም በአማርኛ፣ በአፋን ኦሮሞ፣ በሱማሊኛ፣ በትግሪኛ፣ በአፋርኛና በሲዳምኛ የቀረበ ሲሆን፣ ሁሉንም ደንበኞች ማዕከል ባደረገ መልኩ የዕድሜ፣ የትምህርት ደረጃ ወይም ሰዎች ለቴክኖሎጂ ባላቸው የክህሎት መጠን የማይገደብ፣ ቀላል፣ አመቺና ተስማሚ ተደርጎ የቀረበ ነው፡፡"

Kenya Commercial Bank Ltd (KCB) Group has unveiled plans to enter Ethiopia's banking sector within the next year and a half, positioning itself to become one of the first major foreign lenders to secure a presence in the newly liberalised market.

According to hashtag#KCB Finance Director Lawrence Kimathi, the Nairobi-based lender is in advanced talks to acquire a 40% stake in an Ethiopian bank. The gap between Ethiopia’s commercial banks and independent forex bureaus has surged past 10%, with a dollar trading at up to 160 birr at bureaus, even after the National Bank of Ethiopia (NBE) injected $150 million into the market.

Commercial banks offered lower rates, with the NBE’s indicative rate at 141.77 birr per dollar, while bureaus faced higher costs due to cash-only restrictions. #BirrMetrics

To confront this structural bottleneck, the central bank has unveiled the National Agri-Finance Implementation Roadmap (NAFIR). The plan targets an expansion of agricultural credit to 881 billion Br by 2030, but its significance lies in more than the headline figure.
