I tried reflux shield this week it has not gone well 😢. 3rd day (yesterday) the heartburn was so bad I had to go back on omeprazole. Still not back to normal but getting there. Cold turkey not a good idea. Husband lasted till day 3 as well. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Never stop those types of drugs cold turkey because it causes rebound acid production. I started Reflux Shield this week too, but am taking my Pantoprazole every other day this week, next week I'll go to taking it every two days, and so on to wein myself off so I don't trigger rebound acid production.
