From the article:
"Five members of the Purple Shirt Brigade were arrested during the Bloomington Community Farmers Market for holding signs during a protest against Schooner Creek Farm, Saturday, November 9, 2019 in Bloomington, Ind. The signs are a violation of market policy. A market worker asked the protesters to put away their signs, and they refused, so the police asked them to do so, and they refused, so the police informed them they would be arrested, and when the protesters did not put away the signs, they were arrested. Charges were disorderly conduct, and trespassing. The first protester to be arrested was Forrest Gilmore, who said he was protesting as a private citizen. Gilmore, dressed as a unicorn, was led from in front of the Schooner Creek Farm booth to the sidewalk across Morton Street. Soon four more protesters were led there by police as well. Police wrote citations, but told protester Lesamarie Hacker that they were being arrested, just not booked, or taken to jail, but told they cannot return to the market space for 24 hours, and if they return next week to do something similar they will be arrested for criminal trespass and booked. None of the protesters arrested Saturday were placed in handcuffs."

Note the sign that reads "Degenerate furries against white supremacy."
Reminder that these are the people who believe they're more virtuous than you.

BLOOMINGTON, Indiana—The downtown farmers' market is a peacefully busy place on this warm, overcast Saturday morning in early September. A prosperous-looking middle-aged couple is listening intently…
Please keep in mind that Telegram channel owner administrators can see who joins their channel. (This obviously applies to groups, too.) For this reason, I would advise against using your face and real name on here.
Sure, lots of white people vote Democrat.
That doesn't change the fact that 90% of GOP voters are white. Minority outreach attempts have failed miserably.

Regarding the gay issue: It's about the promotion of homosexuality, not association with homosexuals. Arguing that Trump should return Thiel's money is just silly.
Conservatism Inc. has one key advantage over us in these Q&A sessions: Their representative is one individual, who does this for a living. Our representatives at these events, however, are generally college students, many of whom likely lack formal public speaking experience. This means that Conservatism Inc. must only direct one person, whereas we (me, Nick, Vincent, etc.), on the other hand, are tasked with directing hundreds, most of whom we don't know. As such, this only works if those asking the questions stick to questions we've provided. My intention here isn't to be a gatekeeper; instead, I want to ensure that our offensive continues to succeed.
Don't let Charlie get away with responding to your question with a question. This strategy is totally transparent – it's evidence that he doesn't want to engage with your ideas in good faith. "Quit deflecting, Charlie! Answer my question. I'm not answering your questions until you answer mine."
If he asks you to disavow a certain individual or organization, just say you're unfamiliar with them. You can also point out that he's doing the exact same thing the media did to Trump with David Duke during the 2016 election.
Seriously, though, we need surgically crafted questions. No more generic questions. Also, don't allow him to paint you as someone with extreme, out of touch views. The overwhelming majority of people on the right don't think that Trump should disavow all of his gay associates. We shouldn't either. The issue is the promotion of LGBT culture and activists (e.g. Rob Smith) in an ostensibly conservative movement.
There's one more TPUSA event this semester – the one tomorrow at the University of Houston.
