A few updates:

-My deposition with the Jan. 6 Committee will likely take place early March. I pushed for an extension for a number of reasons, including the fact that it took me a few weeks after the subpoena to find a good lawyer.
-GSG was down due to the hack. I haven’t seen anything regarding campaigns other than the Freedom Convoy’s being leaked. If you’re apprehensive about using GSG, please see the other donation options in my pinned tweet.
-A number of people have mentioned that their GSG donations aren’t appearing on my fundraiser page. I’ve reached out to them to see what the deal is.

The police as an institution are not on our side. Some officers are, of course—but most, especially in the coming years, will do what they’re told.

Nevertheless, it’s silly to think that defunding the police would benefit us, as some on the right like to argue. The police, like it or not, are one of the few remaining bulwarks against total barbarism in America.

Besides, the repression of dissent doesn’t primarily come from state and local PD. It comes from intelligence agencies, Congressional committees—the federal government in general.

There’s going to be fighting in Ukraine—how much fighting, and the extent to which and the ways in which America gets involved, remain to be determined.

America and the EU will likely not become more involved than imposing sanctions, as they did in 2014, and giving indirect military aid to Ukraine—free ATGMs and so on. The elites probably want war, but they also know that there's no will to fight over Ukraine in America, and even less in Europe, where war with Russia means gas prices skyrocket.
