Has any civilization ever systematically dismantled and demoralized its own history? Such iconoclasm is rare, perhaps even unseen outside of foreign conquest.

At the same time, our country doesn’t look like it did in the 50s. So while many white people are undoubtedly to blame for the erasure of our history, it’s hard to imagine this happening had the floodgates not been opened decades prior.

Yeah, that’s a good point. This is what happens after or during revolutions: French, Communist, etc.

Dramatically altering a nation’s demographics and expecting immigrants to all respect its history is the pinnacle of foolishness—particularly in the West, where most immigrants groups have grievances based on colonialism.

Of course, some immigrants and their descendants are on our side. While they are fine people—I know many, and to some extent could be considered one as well—we all know which way these demographics lean.

Biden has threatened to veto.
