Tomorrow I’m at court for the final
time, to be found guilty or not guilty of “intent to incite ridicule of Muslims on Facebook”.

I will talk about it before I go into court in the morning, it’s been a long but interesting process (over three years has passed since I was originally charged). The state has taken a lot of action against me since that time, so much has happened that it’s hard to encapsulate it all in one speech or message but that’s what I’m good at so I’ll give it a crack tomorrow morning. All I can say is, anyone who thinks “everyone has the right to a fair trial” in Australia is either lying or doesn’t understand the state legal system. There is nothing fair about state law, especially when you consider what the state does to accused persons outside of court when politics is involved.

President Trump has been impeached, but the Senate won't convict him. This only helps Trump in 2020—his approval rating has increased over the course of the impeachment trial—as it allows him to rightfully argue that he's under attack by the establishment.
