Gautam Adani, the chairman of Adani Group has overtaken Mukesh Ambani, chairman and managing director of Reliance Industries in the Bloomberg Billionaires Index to become the richest Indian. Adani now holds the 12th spot, surpassing Ambani, who is positioned at 13th place.
