为什么我发消息不成功并且消息右下角有红色感叹号？

出现这个提示，是由于你曾经私聊过多的人被举报为骚扰消息，或者在群组里发了过多不受欢迎的消息并且被删除或者举报，最终被Telegram官方限制了你发送消息的功能，这会导致你无法再任何群组内发送消息，也无法主动私聊他人。
当然你可以私聊 @SpamBot 查看封禁到期时间，解封后如果你再次发送骚扰消息，那么封禁时间将增加，最终会导致你的账号被永久封禁，无法解除限制。
请注意，根据Telegram官方的说法：不论你发送的何种类型的消息(文字、图片、邀请链接等等)，只要接收者举报它为"骚扰消息"，那么就会被定义为“骚扰消息”，所以在发送消息之前，请务必保证你的消息不会让他人感觉到“被骚扰”。

具体步骤：
1. 在官网或TG极客软件站下载 Telegram 便携版本。
2. 解压后得到一个名为 Telegram 的文件夹，里面只有一个 Telegram.exe 可以登录第一个账号。

11. 如何注销 Telegram 账号？

如果您确实打算主动注销您的账户，那么请进行如下步骤：
1. 打开网站 https://my.telegram.org/auth?to=delete 。
2. 在"Your Phone Number"一栏输入您的账号所使用的手机号码。
3. 在"Confirmation Code"一栏填写 Telegram 账号收到的验证码。
4. 点击"Sign In"蓝色按钮。
5. 在"Why are you leaving"一栏随意填写内容。

7. 账号已被永久删除。

删除账号的提醒事项：

重新注册的提醒事项：
- 如果您频繁的使用同一手机号注册并注销再注册，那么可能几天内无法再次注册。
