👤Senior SEO Specialist, full time, remote, Qatar Insurance Company (digital hub division)

Responsibilities:
🔸Regular audit of the current company website (both external and internal) SEO
🔸Creating and executing SEO strategy in Qatar, Oman, and the UAE
🔸Conducting website optimisation
🔸Building informational and management reporting in liaison with our team of analysts
🔸Strategy efficiency analysis and improvement
🔸Semantic core optimisation
🔸Improving website's ranking & increasing organic reach with acquiring SEO links
🔸Key KPIs: website's visibility, search engine traffic, leads, external links amount and quality, CR lead/sale, ROI

Requirements:
🔸3+ experience in SEO
🔸Ability to clearly and effectively communicate and collaborate within cross-functional teams
🔸English language level should be Intermediate or higher

Conditions:
🔸Long-term service agreement contract with QIC
🔸We are diverse — our digital nomads work remotely from 18 different countries
🔸Full-time remote, work schedule: 5 days per week, Sunday to Thursday
🔸Vacation policy: Qatar Holiday Calendar, 20 workdays of vacation, and 10 sick-day-offs
🔸Performance reviews are conducted twice a year, with the possibility of a raise in March and September
🔸Probation period – 3 months
