Haechan is a member of the south Korean boy band, NCT and under SM ENT leadership. Haechan's debut in 2016 with NCT and its three sub-units : NCT U, NCT 127, and NCT DREAM. But Haechan belongs to only the 2 fixed units of NCT 127 & NCT Dream.

At NCT Dream Haechan takes the place of main vocal and lead dancer, while at the NCT 127 positions haechan only as main vocal. Haechan enjoys playing the piano, listening to music, and singing.
