Church of the Holy Royal Martyrs in Bågø, Denmark. A parish of the Moscow Patriarchate, it was built in 2003 after Jørgen Laursen Vig approached the Russian Church about building a church and convent on his estate. This was the beginning of a mission that has planted several churches and brought a number of Danes into the Orthodox Church. Recently Nun Ambrosia, a sister of the convent there, gave an interview to Orthochristian about her observations working with the people of Denmark, both Orthodox and heterodox.

Nikolai Burlyaev played in "Andrei Rublev". A very deep thinking Orthodox. It was interesting to watch the interview with him (the first photo, the second is a screenshot from the genius Tarkovsky's film). Now it's a member of the Parliament of Russia. In the interview he speaks about culture, Christ, and in particular proves that Tarkovsky himself was a faithful, it was deep soviet period and the topics were not for discussion between colleagues, but later he found an evidence.

The church has a multinational choir consisting of singers from ten different ethnic groups. There are many people at our services: 300–400 come to Communion on Sundays.
