A lot of people around me can attest that I'm a quiet person but noisy when I feel comfortable around you.

But this is not the message I'm about to give you

GROWTH comes in different phase and it's languages differs too.

When you understand your own language of communication it becomes easier for you.

For you to do well in life, remember the bible verse that says there's time for everything.

(Ecclesiastes 3:1 √end) READ IT.

There's time for everything beneath the earth
That time to build can be a time you build silently or Make people know about what you are building on.

Let me digress small..

Let me take it one after the other...

1. BUILDING SILENTLY :
This stage in life requires you build without sharing your wins, struggles and fears.

At this stage you continuously practice Deep silent, you smile regardless.

Smiling will help you overcome
You need to pray, not minding how tough is it and becoming, keep praying
Even our lord Jesus Christ face trials and he plead for help.

Any mistake made at this stage, the de!vil will come in between your success.

You need to be careful at this stage!

The next stage

2. BUILDING & SHARING :
At this stage, you become more stronger when you share your testimony to people.

Share about what God has done for you when you were facing trials.
Tell them how you overcome, as you comfort another you become more strong in Faith, both physically, Emotionally and otherwise.

Even when the enemy hears your story,they marveled.

I learnt also that they are people that shares everything about themselves yet they succeed.

I plead with everyone to ask for God's guidance in all you do.

You can build alone and silently till you get there, distance yourself from crowd that will hinder your success.

May God help us at each stage may your story heal people in Jesus name 🙏

LET ME SHARE THIS QUICKLY -

I remembered sometimes in September last year 2024, when I was working as a Sales Representative in one of the popular restaurant here in Awka.

There's this lady that came to my spot where I do stay asking that I gave her a space to sit and wait for someone.


Meanwhile, it's against our rules for one to sit idle without buying things from us.

But I was pushed to give her a space to sit.

My kind of person is someone who will never see when someone needs help and tries to maintain protocols.

I will always offer help to you, more especially when I knew you won't waste time on that.

So, as this lady sat down
We began to converse, she told me who she is, where she works and how she raised money to do business but was confused on which business to venture into at the moment inorder not to lavish the money.

Ah!, She told me how she can put her last energy working for someone but can't do that for herself.

Then, she has this mindset that she can never do well alone as an ENTREPRENEUR, starting a business needs a lot of energy, she said...

Her kind of person needs Investors, Teams and more capital if actually she can go far in that business.

This Lady was so confident enough to tell me her secret, telling me how she can never start up her own business despite the funds she has raised.

I was shocked to hear that.-
I gave her my 1 MINUTE WORD

I called it 1 minute word because, I thought within myself, someone with this mindset cannot seek for advice because she has made up her mind already.

Let me try just this few minutes to see if she can change her mindset.


My first word was, girl calm down, were you seeking for guidance or you've made up your mind on what to do?

This was my question when she open up that she's truly seeking for guidance because truly she's tired and she needs a push, her friends have talked about this but she's not seeing reasons to start.

1. I started by asking her the type of business she had in mind at the moment.

She mentioned...

2. Okay, How much were you expecting as a capital to start this business?

She mentioned...

3. How much do you have at the moment?

She mentioned...

4. How many teams do you want to work with?

She mentioned...

5. How do you want people to invest in this business?

she mentioned...

After gathering this information, unknownly to her I was writing those conversations down to where I said to her, girl you have no time

You can start now, let's divide everything you mentioned by 2..

She was confused 🤣
I begin by saying...

Open more room for investors to invest, brings collaborators those that will sincerely love to work with you, call them your TEAM members.

Because it takes God nothing to push one where he/she is supposed to be is just a matter of time, I said..


No matter what you faced, try to talk to someone, help might come through words.

Why do I write this ?

I forget to add the part we exchanged number, I asked her to call me in 6months time and tell me that my advice is the worst advice she has took or the best she has listened to.

I will apologize to her if my advice put her in danger or make her explore the market.

She called this Evening and was thanking me for that PIECE OF WORD.

IT'S HIGH TIME YOU START WITH WHAT YOU HAVE ‼️

HERE ARE SOME TINY RITUALS THAT WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE :

Remember, this piece is about making tiny, sustainable changes in your routine behavior.


That means practicing each one of these rituals gradually...

Go from zero to six over the course of a few months, not all at once…


1. The ritual of washing your dishes.
Yes, I literally mean washing your dishes. It’s just one small step forward: When you eat your oatmeal, wash your bowl and spoon. When you finish drinking your morning coffee, rinse the coffee pot and your mug. Don’t leave any dirty dishes in the sink or on the counter for later. Wash them immediately.

Form this small ritual one dish at a time, one day at a time.
