Just in case you want to know, Sputnik Nusantara (originally Sputnik Indonesia; currently has only X account and WhatsApp channel) is operated out from Sputnik Türkiye's office in Ankara.

MTA3 Al-Arabiyya is supposed to be an Arabic language channel, but a version of this channel broadcasting on Telkom-4 satellite (formally Merah Putih) has Indonesian audio instead, in addition to two hours of opt-out programming from MTA Indonesia Studios between 12.00 and 14.00 UTC (19.00 and 21.00 WIB/UTC+7).

The most surprising news of September: the self-styled "Southeast Asia's largest and most integrated media group" of Indonesian conglomerate MNC Group is handing over ownership of not only its integrated news division iNews Media Group but also its radio division MNC Multimedia Nusantara, to Republikorp's Republik Media Anak Bangsa.

Republikorp is owned by Norman Joesoef, son of former Indonesian ambassador to Slovakia Harsha E. Joesoef, and has long been a player in defense industry in both producing and (as of recently) procuring modern defense equipments. It's also a subject of investigation on Czechoslovak Group's defense contracts in Southeast Asia earlier this May.

The newly integrated media business will be renamed RMG (Republikorp Media Group), with MNC retaining operations of TV channels under the portofolio, while third entity Sinergi Terang Abadi's Media Platform Indonesia manages the business' online publications. Both main parties insist the deal will "strictly preserve" broadcast continuity and editorial independence while at the same time also focus on developing human resources and technological innovations.
