Future careers are going to become more dependent on Technology. The earlier the integration into an Educational pathway, the easier it is for these skills to become native to students. Students interact with peers more often with the help of technology. Learners often feel more comfortable expressing themselves in chats and forums vs in face-to-face classrooms. This allows them to interact with the peers more frequently, and contribute more to the classroom.
Mobile Education becomes closer to reality. Not all students can afford the hardware or textbooks mandated as necessary by educational institutions, some of them only have access to technology via their Mobile phones. Digital platforms allow key snippets of information to be consumable regardless of the economic means of a student.
Learners become more responsible as technology requires them to work on their own. One thing Distance Education and Online Learning does is push students to become more self-disciplined and self-motivated in order to complete their class, course, or degree. This is a valuable skill that translates well in the workplace, and life in general.

The blockchain is an oft-misunderstood concept that’s taken the tech world by storm in the last decade.
Most people recognize its association with cryptocurrency and Bitcoin, but blockchain in EdTech? How would that work?
For Students
Blockchain can affect students, teachers, and employers if it is more widely implemented in the educational sphere.
Since blockchain technology presents a secure and verified identity tracking mechanism for students, it offers a release from bureaucratic clutter for students. Much of the paperwork and authentication methods that students have to do when trying to transfer credits, add a class or get approval from multiple sources could be avoided with blockchain.
By having a centralized and secure ID system, students could use the same blockchain technology to redeem school lunches, check out library books, and check in for standardized tests.
Aside from sparing students the hassle of having to run back and forth across campus tracking down different departments for signatures and stamps, blockchain can also alleviate financial burdens.
With blockchain, schools and students and verify authenticity and identity much faster and much more cheaply, with those benefits spread among staff and students.

By leveraging E-Learning platforms that are specifically tailored to teaching, professionals can boost performance and create an environment that retains learners’ interest in the material. Academically, going one step further and integrating data analytics into Online processes, Universities has been able to monitor virtual learning in the absence of an in-person scenario where lecturers can visually see the attention span of students. Professionals are able to fine-tune their teaching and assessment methods based on the data that the E-learning system collects on learners’ quiz scores, the time spent on each activity, and where they needed help.

It must support four key components of learning; active engagement, participation in groups, frequent interaction and feedback and connection to real-world experts. Effective technology integration is achieved when the use of technology is routine and transparent and when technology supports curricular goals.
