Finally, the mentors have been announced for IST's upcoming survival show. The survival program is titled "THE ORIGIN – A, B, OR What?" The show will feature trainees being evaluated on their skills by senior K-pop artists, expert judges, and live audience members, and it will give viewers a chance to see the contestants' growth potential as they compete to debut. The show will be released simultaneously on MBN at 5 PM on Saturday from March 19th and on Kakao TV and 1theK YouTube channels at 6 PM.

The new teaser gives a sneak peek at the trainees' evaluations by giving viewers the option to play the "balance game" and pick between teams "A" and "B". They also introduce me as the program's mentor, together with INFINITE's Sunggyu-ssi, Minzy-ssi, and Just Jerk's Kwak Yoon Young-ssi and Hwang Gyu Hong-ssi. I'm planning on observing the trainees as keenly as possible. I plan to convey based on my experience leading the K-pop craze around the world, I deliver cold and sharp judgements, as well as warm mentoring as a senior and colleague.

Not only serve as a judge who evaluate the skills of 13 new boy group debut candidates based on my solid experience in my respective fields, such as vocal and dance, but also have a variety of hidden potentials and growth potentials. I expected to play the role of a strong senior who bring out my character. It's also expected to look forward to the extraordinary chemistry between the candidates and the judges in the intense competition and tension in which candidates play the best balance game in each mission. We're the mentors, who are called "balancers," have the role of picking the "ace" and "death" trainees. The "ace" trainee brings their winning team various benefits while the "death" trainee from the losing team will be sent home.
