I had set a goal for myself this year, to learn how to make bunch of alcoholic drinks. Bunch of cocktails, one stronger than the other.
From what I found there are 3 ways to do it.
1) Practice from home. This is great, but would waste shit ton of money on alcholo and ingredients just to test, so not really worth it.
2) Sign up for a barman class - This is great, but for the amount of stuff I want to learn it's going to cost 3k, 3k just so they show you how to pour liquid in a shaker and then shake. That's a mess.
3) Get a job as a barman - This is the one that's drawing me the most. I get to achieve my goal, play with booze all day and get paid for it. And there is one big benefit to it... tourists.
I get to yap with tourist girls, achieve my goal, and get paid for it.
Now I just need to decide which one to go with to become a booze alchemist.

Partnering to work with new people on other services.
Got a new project idea that's going to be a money printer in the long run, but for that I need to do a lot of web development and time, will probably start it late 2026 and then see if it works out.
Got a new service idea I can add to my marketing business, haven't seen a single person doing it in Greece so that's a massive advantage, going to need a lot of equipment and permits for that tho. It's all going to be awesome.
Still looking for that Barman job tho, I'd love to learn how to become a booze alchemist.
If everything goes according to plan, I should be able to get myself a Porsche🚗
