So, recently I saw some trending clothing designs, I really liked them.
Even bought one, the thing is a G.
So I decided to make my own designs and put them for sale on clothes.
What started as something I meant to do for fun with 20 design, has turned into something that has over 600 designs right now.
By the time I finish I will probably have over 700 designs for clothes, and all of this happened accidentally, I just got addicted to this.
Finishing up the last batch of over 100 designs right now, then running them through some other editors to fix the sizings, make them look extra G, and then uploading them all for sale.
This has been taking up alot of my time, even with AI, which makes no sense, but it is truly fun.
Claude is working on some of them as I am writing this too.
Just look at this shit, would be surprised if someone actually buys any of this.

Right now I am sipping a white monster while Claudemaxxing (Both for my marketing business, and for bunch of other apps I want to make and publish) and scripting new ads for my marketing agency while also preparing to go out and abuse a few Long Islands
In the following months shit will get busy, bunch of new shit will come out, new clients will be closed and new products will be released.

A friend of mine found a home owner that wants to sell her house for 500k, we were ready to take on her as a client and find her a buyer for a bit more, and keep the difference as a "service fee", and we split the money.
I had researched the area, the prices, the competition and all of that fun stuff, turns out a villa like hers, could easily sell for 750k.
That's 250k for us, 125k each. Or let's say 100k if we count taxes and the other resources we would use.
So I start planning the whole ad campaign, the photoshoot of the house, the content we are going to produce to promote it, all seemed like an easy sale.
We had a very interested buyers too and all of that good stuff.
And then my friend goes and tells her the actual value of her house, which she had no idea of, she only wanted 500k for her, nothing else.
This man tells her the property is easily worth 750k, so now she hears more money and changes the whole deal.
It went from "I just want to make 500k from the house, you can keep the difference" to "I want to keep all 750k and give you only 2% of the sale"
2%, that's around 15k euro, 7.5k each. That's around 90% less of what we would actually make. Insane loss for us.
We refused that, 7.5k each wouldn't even cover the marketing resources we would need if our potential buyers refused.
Now she's saying she found a real estate agent that would keep only 5k, which is bullshit.

Anyways, I've built a tool like manychat, but without it's gay limitations, I can basically respond to infinite videos automatically and have it help me with my marketing alot.
Might make it public at some point in the feature, but not really sure if people would find that useful.
