Well, you can't. All payments are made through the browser itself, as they are automated there. To make a payment, create a link providing the necessary details. Remember: the payment link is valid for 60 minutes.

Please note: we do not accept direct payments. If someone offers you to top up the balance via a direct account or wallet transfer, you risk losing your money.

2️⃣ Can I resend a payment to the same crypto wallet?

No. Click “Buy tokens” in the Account Billing Settings every time you would like to top-up your account balance to ensure the payment is processed correctly.

3️⃣ Where to see which team member launched a profile?

You can find this information in the profile activity history: click the three dots next to the profile icon, select «History and Restore», and then choose «Actions History». Here you can see the last 100 actions with the profile (creation, launch, successful synchronization and its version, stopping). In the profile history you'll see which account performed these actions.

4️⃣ Can a profile be transferred to accounts with a «Starter» subscription?

Yes, a transferred profile can be received by an account with any active subscription, except for the «Trial» subscription. Transferring profiles to other accounts is available with «Base» and higher subscriptions. For «Trial» subscriptions, profile transfer is unavailable in both directions.

5️⃣ What's the difference between exporting a profile and exporting cookies?

Profile export allows you to export the entire Octo profile, including its cookies and fingerprint parameters. Cookie export saves only the browser cookies in .json format to your device.
