The current market for project is dead and not profitable at all ,maybe a few public rounds are profitable. But the private and seed rounds are not worth the time at the moment . The vesting are for more than a year , typically ranging around 18-20 months of linear vesting with small percent unlock at tge.

I would like to recommend you to save your capital instead of investing in projects due to the market conditions . We might have crossed 30k price mark on bitcoin few days ago, the big projects are still not launching or performing very poorly.
