សេចក្តីជូនដំណឹង ស្តីពីការបើកការចុះឈ្មោះសម្រាប់ការប្រកួតតុលាការប្រឌិត នៃសាកលវិទ្យាល័យជាតិគ្រប់គ្រងជាភាសាខ្មែរ។
សម្រាប់និស្សិតដែលមានបំណងចូលរួម ត្រូវមានលក្ខខណ្ឌដូចខាងក្រោម៖
១. ជានិស្សិតឆ្នាំទី១ ឬឆ្នាំទី២ នៃសាកលវិទ្យាល័យជាតិគ្រប់គ្រង;
២. មានចំណាប់អារម្មណ៍លើការស្រាវជ្រាវ ការនិយាយជាសាធារណៈ និងការប្រកួតប្រជែងផ្នែកបញ្ញាគតិយុត្ត;
៣. មានសមត្ថភាពធ្វើការជាក្រុម និងមានទំនួលខុសត្រូវ; និង
៤. មានឆន្ទៈចូលរួមការបណ្តុះបណ្តាល និងការត្រៀមខ្លួនជាប្រចាំ។
