On 19 March 2026, Mr. Chhay Sothyvuong, Academic Officer of NUM iLAW, was invited as a guest speaker to participate in a sharing session organized by the Startup Community for Grade 12 students preparing to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in various majors.

During the session, Sothyvuong shared insights on legal studies and highlighted the opportunities available to law students, including potential career pathways, scholarships, and international exposure. He also provided practical guidance on how students can prepare for legal studies and encouraged them to build the skills, mindset, and confidence needed to succeed in university life.

On 27 March 2026, on behalf of H.E. Prof. Hor Peng, Rector of the National University of Management, Mr. Din Siden, Director of the NUM iLAW Program, attended the Opening Ceremony of the Cambodian Moot Court Competition 2026 (CMCC) at the Tuol Kork Campus of Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia.

The CMCC is an annual competition that aims to strengthen the legal knowledge and advocacy skills of university students through a hypothetical case scenario. Conducted in the Khmer language, this year’s competition is co-hosted by the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia and Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia from 27 to 29 March 2026.
