On the morning of 21 March 2026, under the guidance of Coach Sin Sopanha, the LawAsia International Moot 2026 Team held its second meeting at the NUM iLAW Office.

Today’s meeting focused on factual analysis, issue spotting, and research coordination. The team worked through the facts carefully, discussed the legal issues in depth, and assigned research responsibilities for both Claimant and Respondent arguments. Key discussion points included arbitration agreements, court jurisdiction, security for costs, and the parties’ obligations in the dispute.
