The CMCC conducted in the Khmer language is hosted by the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia, and is an annual event designed to enhance the legal knowledge including advocacy skills of university students through hypothetical case scenarios.

Tryout Registration for the Foreign Direct Investment International Arbitration Moot 2026 is now OFFICIALLY OPEN!
The Foreign Direct Investment International Arbitration Moot (βFDI Mootβ) is the most famous competition of βmoot courtβ type in the field of investment arbitration. Each year approximately 100 teams from all round the world participate in this contest. During the competition, students play the role of lawyers representing the investor and the state in a dispute before an international arbitration tribunal acting on the basis of an agreement on mutual promotion and protection of investments (βBITβ).

β° 16 February 2026 (23:59)
π₯ Who can join?
β Open to currently enrolled NUM iLAW students;
β Interest in mooting and international law;
β Basic ability to communicate in English;
β Willingness to learn legal research, writing, and oral advocacy;
β Openness to working in a team-based learning environment.
π Why join?
β Develop legal research, legal writing, and oral advocacy skills;
β Gain legal knowledge in public international law and international investment law including β β Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR);
