Thailand has violated international law and the principles of ASEAN spirit
Thailand's persistent territorial ambitions regarding Cambodian land and temples along the border have led to repeated violations of Cambodia's sovereignty. Thailand's acts of aggression, including indiscriminate attacks on civilian villages, the destruction of cultural heritage, and the forcible seizure of land, violate international law and the principles of good neighborliness. Furthermore, the targeted destruction of homes, schools, and vital infrastructure constitutes war crimes and crimes against humanity under international legal frameworks.
I strongly condemn this brutality and urge Thailand to respect international law.

Registration for the 7th NUM Moot Court Competition 2026 is now OFFICIALLY OPEN!
This year's moot shall be adjudicated before the International Court of Justice and will address legal issues concerning State borders, territorial sovereignty, and alleged violations of international humanitarian law and international human rights law. Participants will work in teams, receive mentorship, and engage in written memorials and oral arguments before panels of judges.

β Currently enrolled NUM students
β Interest in mooting & international law
β Basic English communication skills
β Willingness to learn research, writing & advocacy
β Team-based learning (teams will be randomized)
