On February 6, 2023, at 04:17, TΓΌrkiye woke up to a dark day. One of the deadliest in the history of the country, two earthquakes of magnitudes 7.8 and 7.5 hit central TΓΌrkiye, affecting nearby countries such as Syria and many cities where some 15 million people live.

In order to support those impacted by the earthquake, NTU Graduate Students' Association and the Red Cross Youth NTU Chapter have joined forces to launch an online fundraising campaign under Singapore Red Cross's fundraiser on Giving.sg.

We aim to raise S$ 20,000 as a humanitarian response during this online fundraising campaign which ends on 20 March. We sincerely ask for your help in this valuable cause. The fundraiser is 100% online and all donations, made through the Giving.sg platform, will go towards the Singapore Red Cross’s fundraising appeal.

(Note: Donations to overseas efforts are non tax-deductible.)
