🇷🇺 A stranger gave me a piece of his hometown

This encounter in Moscow was a special one.

I met this young guy from Tula, and we started having a conversation.

Then he surprised me.

He gave me a traditional Tula pryanik as a gift. 🍪❤️

We had only just met, but he was thoughtful enough to share something from his hometown with me.

And honestly, that small gesture meant a lot.

We often focus on the famous places when we talk about travelling — Red Square, the Kremlin, beautiful buildings, museums…

But sometimes it's a random person you meet on the street who gives you the memory you'll remember the longest.

This is one of those moments for me.

Спасибо, брат! ❤️

If you're from Tula, tell me:

What else should I discover from your city? 🇷🇺👇🏽

🏙️ “I don't like Moscow…”

Today's conversation was a little different. I've spoken with several people in Moscow, and most have had something positive to say about the city.

But this young man gave me a completely different perspective.
He lives around the outskirts of Moscow and prefers it there because, according to him, the environment is much cleaner, there's less noise and he doesn't have to deal with the pollution of the main city.

He simply doesn't like Moscow because of the pollution.

But here's the interesting part…
Despite disliking the city, he told me that he really loves the people of Moscow.

For him, their kindness and friendliness make the city special.

And this is exactly why I enjoy these street conversations.

Now I want to hear from you:

Would you rather live in the busy centre of Moscow or somewhere peaceful on the outskirts?

💰 How do you make serious money in Moscow?

During my conversation with these young ladies, I asked them about their plans for the future.

Their ambition is clear:

Study hard → get a good job → work in Moscow → earn well. 🇷🇺💰

It's actually a very interesting goal.

Moscow has a huge job market and plenty of opportunities, but getting one of the really good positions isn't always easy.

A degree alone isn't enough.

You need valuable skills, experience, communication abilities and something that makes an employer choose you over the competition.

And this is a challenge young people face everywhere, not just in Moscow.

So I want to hear from you:

If you were starting your career in Moscow today, what job would you want?

💻 IT
💰 Finance
🏢 Business
📈 Sales & Marketing
👨🏽‍⚕️ Medicine
🔧 Skilled profession
🎨 Creative career
❓ Other

And here's the big question:

What monthly salary would you consider “good money” in Moscow? 💰

👇🏽 Let's discuss.

He likes Moscow… but he doesn't want to move here. 🇷🇺

I asked this guy from Tula if he would consider moving to Moscow.

His answer?

He can't — at least not easily.

He works as an engineer in Tula, and despite liking Moscow, his career is a strong reason for him to stay.

And honestly, it made me think:

Would you leave a smaller city for Moscow if you had to give up a career you really liked?

🏙️ Moscow — opportunities & big-city life

🏡 Tula — career, stability & a different lifestyle

What would YOU choose?

👇 Tell me why.

People I Meet in Moscow 🇷🇺 — another conversation, another perspective.

See you all!

I was walking through Moscow as usual… and found something completely unexpected. 🎨🇷🇺

I came across these ladies on Pushkinsky Street doing free drawing practice.

They invited me to join, and while talking with them, I found out that drawing isn't the only thing they organise.

Throughout the year, they arrange different fun and creative activities where people can come together, practise something new and simply enjoy themselves.

And yes…

I actually tried drawing with them. 😂🎨

But I'll show you my attempt in the next video.

For now, I'm curious:

If you were walking through Moscow and discovered a free activity like this, would you join?

YES or NO?

And what activity would make you stop?

Our English platform is officially live. 🎉

But before I tell you what we offer, here's what we're trying to solve.

Maybe you understand English but freeze when speaking.

Maybe you can communicate casually but struggle in business situations.

Maybe you need English for your job.

Maybe you simply want to become more confident.

👇 Tell me in the comments.

Your answers will help shape what we build next.

Fluent English but...wrong product facts.

Vlad is in his first week in sales. A partner asks a hard question. He answers with confidence, in good English… and quotes figures that aren't in his company's deck.

Nobody usually trains for this.
Nova Crest Team Training turns your sales deck into English speaking practice:

→ The AI asks the questions real partners ask
→ Your employee answers out loud
→ Every claim is checked against your documents
