*DES 303 – Final Clarification from the Course HOD*

Good day everyone.

This is the latest clarification from the Course HOD regarding DES 303 project submission. Please read carefully.

1. Grouping for the Project

Students are allowed to form their own groups and carry out the project together.

The Study Centre can also group students if they consider it necessary, but it is not compulsory.

Students can also choose to do the project individually.

2. Study Centre Signature

After completing the project, the Proposal Form must be taken to the Study Centre for signing.

3. Documents to be Completed. Each student must ensure the following documents are properly filled:

Proposal Form

Project Logbook

Project Report

4. Uploading of Documents

After everything has been completed and the proposal form has been signed,

Each student must upload the documents individually on the portal.

All documents must be in PDF format.

Note: You must upload all three documents to be graded.

5. Students Who Got “F”

If you received F, it usually means you did not upload all the required documents.

You do not need to redo the project.

Simply re-upload the same documents (Proposal Form, Logbook, and Report) in PDF format.

6. Students Who Did the Project Last Semester

If you completed and submitted the project last semester, but the course is showing twice this semester, it means grading is still ongoing.

You do not need to do the project again.

Just be patient while grading is being completed.

7. If the Course Appeared and Later Disappeared

If the course appeared earlier and later disappeared from your portal, it simply means you have been graded.

You do not need to register the course again.

8. Students Doing It This Semester

You must register the course and also register it as an exam for it to reflect properly on your portal.

Please ensure you follow these instructions carefully to avoid issues with grading.

Thank you.
