Enforced by the contract: full backing, no withdrawal function, payday limited to 1/24 of the pot every 30 minutes, team share capped at 10%, official Uniswap pools only.
Still requires trust: the keeper's minimum swap price, the owner's capped settings, and the stock issuer. No third-party audit yet; 22 of 22 tests pass on a mainnet fork.
