🥳 Good news!
Our pool is up and running smoothly
We have been listed on https://miningpoolstats.stream/chia check it out for live statistics
Our capacity has reached 500TB
Waiting for our first block
We have just won our first block 🥳
Thanks to all our users! Good luck and join our pool if you haven’t already
Finally! The day has come, we were placed above hpool on miningpoolstats
New top miner! Our scoreboard has a new leader. Congrats to xch1wnvphxyqv88gnpyxghcatgz64ac6z3shnwt7plvfvenvr48ala6smhvxkf whoever you are.
What new records should we expect?
Pool updates:

- Version 1.2 released. Changes are minor so we will not run autoupdate this time
- Discount period for early adopters is over and the fee is set to it's original value 3.5%
- We've added badges to our website and everyone who have received at least one payment by now gets "Early Adopter" badge
A new maintenance build 1.3:

- The problem with AMD EPYC motherboards is fixed. If you are running Windows on h11ssl/h12ssl/h12dsi etc motherboard you may find this interesting
- Options added to tune mining in a high latency environment such as cloud storage. You can now disable periodic scans and get rid of stale shares by increasing the number of read threads
What is your favorite minimum payment threshold?

New payment policy

Following our recent poll, we will try to pay only once a day to each wallet. This will eliminate a huge number of small transactions for big miners.
A new major update on the pool, version 2.0

- New compression levels, up to C15, 50.3GiB
- New GPU plotter
- CPU plotter speed improved x4
- Finalization step is removed
- Share difficulty is increased to lower the load on miners
A critical bugfix update, version 2.2

- fixed a bug that led to a significant decrease in share rate on most machines
- removed mandatory dependency from CUDA in linux version

Strongly encourage everyone to update!
We've updated our docker hub repository with a new GPU version
Do not forget to install NVIDIA Container Toolkit to use it
Network generates signage points much quicker than it should. This overloads our GPU client. We are aware of this.
We aren't sure what is the cause. May be CNI is recklessly testing its new ASIC timelord shooting its own leg.
This should hopefully settle down in an hour or two when difficulty adjusts.
Version 2.3 is released

- better loging, verbose mode
- globs (*) in directory names
- more accurate benchmark, plot filter emulation mode
- better plot insertion/removal handling, parallel plots enumeration

A full list of changes can be found in this message https://t.me/nossdpoolchat/4077
A reminder
Users of the old client versions 1.1, 1.2, and 1.3 must upgrade to a newer CPU (1.4) or GPU client version to successfully pass the plot filter change taking effect tomorrow
Version 3.0 is released

- new compression levels from 47.5GiB down to 26.2GiB
- up to 388% reward
- 1 minute plot time on Linux in full-in-ram mode

Version 3.1

A few minor bugs were fixed.
If you experience slow plotting or CPU plotting issues on Linux, please update to a new version.
Many people are still unaware of the recent events in the Chia blockchain and keep asking us questions. Therefore, we decided to provide some information here.

A few days ago, someone posted a malformed transaction to the Chia mempool. That transaction dramatically slowed down the block generation algorithm, effectively preventing reference nodes from mining blocks.

This knocked most solo miners and NFT pools off the grid, zeroing their rewards.

Our pool has multiple layers of protection against dust storms and similar DoS attacks, which allowed us to keep the blockchain running and prevent netspace from collapsing.

During the next 12 hours, we mined 75% of all blocks. At the same time, the signage point rate dropped to ~0.85 (possibly intentionally on the timelord side), causing a slight loss in rewards, which some of our miners noticed.

Then, version 2.5.1 of the reference node was released, partially mitigating the block generation issue, and netspace started to recover.

However, since the difficulty had already dropped, our users earned significantly higher rewards in the following days.

The community is now awaiting a final fix, which will hopefully be implemented in version 2.5.2 of the reference node.
Timelord currently generates signage points at a significantly decreased rate, which is reflected in the hourly share statistics on our pool. This decreases the number of generated blocks and affects the farming reward.
