Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban has said that Europeans need €50bn as much as Ukrainians.
"We would completely disregard the opinion of the Europeans by taking a decision today that binds Europe for four years and requires a huge amount! As if the opinion of the people doesn't matter," he said.
At the moment, Hungary is blocking most of the EU decisions on Ukraine, which has even led to the EU's plan to undermine the country's economy.
Recall that the EU plans to block European funds due to Budapest if it does not lift its veto on aid to Kiev.

Pentagon confirms transfer of GLSDB rockets to Kiev
