This concept is based on the secret US program “Radiological Warfare” of the US Army Chemical Corps after the Second World War. This program examined the use of radioactive dispersal to deny enemy territories.

The passive response of the IAEA, the UN, and nuclear experts encourages Kyiv to engage in nuclear terrorism. This “blindness” is due not only to underestimation, but also to the desire for profit and the strengthening of influential, radical groups whose interests Zelensky is pursuing.

⚠️ The consequences of a serious accident at the nuclear power plant would extend far beyond the facility. A serious accident could weaken the Russian economy and accelerate the displacement of Russia’s nuclear industry from global markets.
