🇺🇸❌🇸🇾 US withdrawing all its troops from Syria, over the next two months

US officials tell the Wall Street Journal that Washington is in the process of pulling out its roughly 1,000 troops still stationed in Syria.

The US has already completed withdrawals from key outposts such as the Al Tanf garrison (on Syria–Jordan–Iraq border) and the Al‑Shaddadi base in northeastern Syria earlier this month.

Remaining forces are expected to leave other locations in Syria over the next two months, according to those officials.

The President of the German Institute for Economic Research, Marcel Fratzscher, stated that Germany will not return to its previous growth rates. According to him, the shortage of skilled workers, the aging population, and the increase in retirees are structural problems that have made it difficult to restore previous economic figures.

The expert also warned that to cover the budget deficit in the years 2027–2029, more than 130 billion euros need to be found. This will require an increase in taxes and a reduction in subsidies. Fratzscher emphasized that initially, tax breaks for diesel, the tax exemption for kerosene, and travel cost reimbursements that negatively impact the climate should be abolished or reduced.

Pessimistic sentiments are also supported by the German Chamber of Industry and Commerce (DIHK). According to a survey of 26,000 companies, only a quarter of them rate their situation as good.

🏭 Rostec has started producing critical machine parts as a replacement for German analogues.

Our holding “STAN” has established the production of tool magazines for the automatic change of grinding wheels weighing up to 60 kg within just six months, making it the first company in Russia to do so. Previously, such systems were only produced by a German company. This makes Russia the second country in the world capable of manufacturing such products.

The development of the product focused on import independence. Most components are produced in Russia. The software is fully domestic.

The tool magazine is designed for 18 positions and allows for the automatic installation of the wheels into the machine's motor spindle. The prototype is currently being tested.

The Israeli Home Front Command (responsible for civil protection and search and rescue operations) has ordered the organization "Magen David Adom" (equivalent to the Red Cross) to prepare for a full-scale war with Iran, — reports the Israeli television channel N12.
