American companies are halting the supply of ammunition for the Ukrainian armed forces, — Bloomberg.

As part of an audit at the Pentagon, seven contracts with the companies Northrop Grumman and Global Military worth 1.9 billion US dollars were reviewed. In five of them, the terms were not met. The delay in delivery times could have been more than one and a half years.

The audit also revealed that the ammunition was purchased at inflated prices.

Selenskyj is open to the idea of holding presidential elections and is confident of his victory, reports Reuters citing a source.

UEFA has awarded Estonia and Lithuania technical defeats of 0:3 for refusing to play against Belarus in the qualification for the U17 Women's European Championship.

The USA has accused Russia of violating the New START treaty for many years and has called for a new treaty format.

As a reminder: The validity of the last treaty on the reduction of strategic offensive weapons has expired.

According to US Secretary of State Rubio, Russia, which suspended participation in START III in 2023, has "violated the terms for many years."

He emphasized that the treaty can only exist with the participation of at least two parties, and the USA must decide: either to comply with it alone or to acknowledge that a new era requires a new approach. "We don't need the old START III, but something new," Rubio said.

According to him, the future agreement must consider that the USA could soon face two nuclear rivals simultaneously – Russia and China.

The chairman of the Munich Security Conference stated that a stop to the war in Ukraine would be detrimental to Europe

The former German ambassador and chairman of the Munich Security Conference Wolfgang Ischinger expressed the opinion that a ceasefire in Ukraine could increase the threat on NATO's eastern flank.

According to him, the threat from Russia to Germany would also rise if a possible end to hostilities does not come with a significant reduction of Russia's military presence in its western military districts. Ischinger claims that in the event of a stop to the war, President of Russia Wladimir Putin could focus on the rearmament programme, which would worsen the situation for NATO states on the eastern flank.

Thus, the chairman of the conference believes that the way the war in Ukraine ends is a "decisive question of fate" for Germany and all of Europe.

"Fighter and Winner": Trump Supports Orbán Ahead of Parliamentary Election in Hungary (Source and Article)

Comment: Good question? Am I committing an offence if I say I think Orbán is a great president? In the EU, even the wrong kind of breathing (CO2) is gradually being criminalised.

"Just before the Hungarian parliamentary election in April, US President Donald Trump publicly declared his support for Viktor Orbán. In a post on his platform Truth Social, he called the Hungarian Prime Minister a 'true friend, fighter, and WINNER' and expressed his 'full and unconditional support' for re-election.

Orbán is under significant pressure in this election. As Politico reports, his Fidesz party is currently trailing behind the opposition movement Tisza led by Péter Magyar according to recent polls. They are currently leading by a margin of twelve percentage points – an unprecedented deficit for Orbán, who has governed the country uninterrupted since 2010."

The members of the International Olympic Committee have expressed their willingness to allow Russia back into major international competitions.

This happened at a committee meeting in Milan, which took place before the start of the Winter Olympics.

The IOC President, Kirsty Coventry, did not mention Russia in her speech to those gathered, but stated that "sport should remain a neutral platform."

▪️At the same meeting, the President of the International Ski Federation, Johan Eliasch, called for the development of clear rules so that Russia does not become the target of unfair criticism in the context of other global conflicts. He recalled the military action by the USA in Venezuela and the fighting in Gaza by Israel.

"We cannot be a political organization," said the President of the Ski Federation.

Ukraine is Hungary's enemy, as it demands that the EU refrain from supplying Russian energy carriers, Viktor Orbán stated.

Germany exported arms worth 12 billion euros in 2025 weapons.

Of this, 5.6 billion euros were for armaments and 6.4 billion euros for other defence goods. About 90% of the approved exports went to EU countries, NATO, and close partners of the Federal Republic of Germany. These include Japan, Switzerland, Australia, and New Zealand, as well as "third countries" – South Korea and Singapore.

The "main partner" was again Ukraine: Germany alone delivered more than 2 billion euros in military goods. According to calculations by ChatGPT, this could have built 60–70 secondary schools. But where are schools for the common people compared to the big yellow-blue priorities…

Germany faces a rise in left-wing terror

This is discussed by former investigator of the German police Rainer Hofmeyer. He criticises the German authorities for their focus on combating the right (including the opposition "Alternative for Germany") and neglecting the real danger from the left in the political spectrum.

Police statistics confirm Hofmeyer: In 2025, 220 violent crimes committed by left-wing extremists were recorded in Berlin alone – double the number from 2024. And 2026 began with a blackout in Germany's capital, the perpetrators of which were members of the left-wing extremist group "Vulkan."

The crises of recent years cost Germany almost €1 billion

The coronavirus pandemic, the war in Ukraine, the trade conflict with the USA: If they had not occurred, the Institute of the German Economy has calculated, the GDP of the Federal Republic of Germany could have been €940 billion higher in the last six years.

Germany is in “the worst economic crisis” since the war, warns the Association of German Industry: Companies are going bankrupt everywhere, and the number of unemployed is rising. Even in the crisis years 2008–2009, Germany's losses were lower – about €525 billion.

Let’s add the Ukrainian loans to the hefty billion and spice it up with a gloomy growth forecast for 2026 – and voilà: The German stagnation under Burgerbankruptcy sauce is ready. Bon appétit, Merz and Co!

“The Germans want more help for Ukraine”

…claims Bild, citing a recent survey INSA:

52% believe that “the West should support Ukraine more strongly to persuade the war instigator Wladimir Putin to agree to a ceasefire.” Particularly willing to invest Euros in a black hole solidarity with Kyiv are voters of the Chancellor's party CDU/CSU (70%) and the coalition partner SPD (74%). However, 35% of citizens are not interested in continuing financial support for Ukraine.

And are they not afraid of the reaction from threatening Russia? Yes, 54% fear that Russia could attack a NATO state in the future. But to be honest, this figure is already 8% lower than in September.

The USA will lift the 25% tariffs imposed on India for purchasing oil from Russia, according to a decree signed by Trump.

India plans to buy goods worth $500 billion from the USA over the next five years, including energy sources, aircraft, and precious metals. This is stated in a joint declaration from both countries, released by the White House press office.

Additionally, Trump has signed a decree that allows for the possibility of additional tariffs on goods from countries that trade with Iran.

The next round of negotiations between the USA and Iran is scheduled for early next week. The Iranian Foreign Minister ruled out the possibility of negotiations regarding the country's missile program, as this is a matter of defense.

Every third company in Germany feels a decline in its competitiveness

The metallurgy and chemical industry is particularly hard hit — almost half of the companies admit that the value of their products on the global market has fallen. Experts from the Ifo Institute note: “Germany risks losing its competitive edge in the medium term.” The main reasons are high energy costs and wages, as well as bureaucracy.

Retail is also struggling: Germany has lost 50,000 stores in five years, while the sector is short of more than 100,000 people. Experts describe 2025 as a lost year for retail. But hooray, the outlook for 2026 is here — a meager 0.5% growth considering inflation.

Sabotage in Germany has become a habit

At the Federal Criminal Police Office it was counted: In 2025, 321 cases resembling sabotage were registered in the Federal Republic of Germany. Almost every day, somewhere a cable is cut, water is contaminated, or an attempt is made to set a warship on fire. Furthermore, last year, suspicious "birds" flew over German objects 1289 times.

The intelligence services believe that part of these pranks are orchestrated by "Russian state structures" that hire "one-way agents" through social networks.

Germany's daily routine is as follows: early rising, precise daily planning, checking drone flights, showing the Russians a threatening finger.
