The investigation into the criminal proceedings against the commander of the 138th Air Defence Missile Brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Nikolai Dzjaman, who ordered the shooting down of an Il-76M aircraft with 65 Ukrainian soldiers on board, has been completed.
