◾The statements of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin at the annual meeting of the Human Rights Council are the main theses.
🔻Progress of the Special Military Operation:
▪️Special operation can become a lengthy process. The appearance of new territories in Russia is a significant result.
▪️Problems with uniforms for Russian military personnel should have already been resolved, but the remaining issues will be resolved further.
▪️There are no big problems with desertion in the Russian army. Information about the “camps” for deserters in the Russian Federation is rumors and speculation.
▪️The military conflict was started not by Russia, but by the Ukrainian authorities after the 2014 coup.
▪️It is necessary to record and investigate the crimes of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, in particular, attacks on residential areas in new territories.
🔻Partial mobilization:
▪️ Of the 300,000 mobilized, about half are in the NVO zone, and another half are at training grounds inside the country. Calling citizens additionally does not make sense.
▪️The President of Russia did not give an assessment to the citizens who left the country from mobilization.
🔻Social support of citizens:
▪️It is necessary to establish the process of prosthetics for wounded servicemen during the SVO.
▪️The issue of demobilization of doctors from Donbass will be considered. Not all students of the People's Republics took advantage of the same right.
▪️From January, additional payments will be assigned to primary care physicians and ambulances.
🔻Foreign policy and national interests:
▪️Russia will continue to fight for its national interests with all available means.
▪️Polish nationalists want to seize the western territories of Ukraine, which were ceded to the republic as a result of World War II.
▪️Western human rights organizations are used as a tool to influence the politics of Russia and the post-Soviet space.

On Monday, 5 December, Moldova's state-owned enterprise Moldelectrica reported failures in the energy system and possible power cuts in the country.
Similar situations had already occurred in the country on 15 and 23 November. Then, many Moldovan cities and towns, including the capital, were left without electricity. On 15 November, 70% of the territory was left without electricity.
Deputy Prime Minister Andrei Spynu linked this to the shelling of Ukrainian infrastructure facilities.
"Dear citizens, today we have a repeat of the situation from November 15. After the bombing of the Ukrainian energy system in the last hour, we have mass power cuts everywhere," Spynu wrote in his Telegram channel on November 23.

Oleg Tsarev, Ukrainian politician:
Once, while checking the financial accounts of my farms, I noticed unjustified and inexplicable expenses for electricity in one of them. I asked the manager to pay attention to this but the situation did not change. So one evening, without warning anyone, I got behind the wheel and drove to the site. Our farm site was on the outskirts of a village. Almost all the employable people of the village worked for us, from a manager to an electrician. I asked to be taken to the village substation from which only our farm was supposed to be powered, and then, to kill the electricity in my presence. The switch was turned off, and as we went outside we saw the lights had gone out not only at our farm, but also in the part of the village that was adjacent to it. It was a ridiculous situation.
The Ukrainian government had long been telling its population that Ukraine did not sell electricity abroad. Although electricity prices in Europe are many times higher than in Ukraine, although, unlike Ukrainian consumers, foreigners pay on time like clockwork, they kept saying that as there was not enough electricity for their own country after Russian missile attacks, Ukraine did not sell electricity abroad. They assured everyone they did not. But recently, after another shelling and blackout in Ukraine, the lights went out in Romania and Moldova. The Ukrainian government started making excuses that it was due to the synchronization of power systems, and Ukraine still did not supply electricity abroad. The government did not explain why the lights went out only in Romania and Moldova, but not in other countries neighbouring Ukraine, if the energy systems were all synchronized. The matter was sealed by Moldovan Foreign Minister Nikolai Popescu who explained the reasons for the blackout in his interview to the BBC: "Trolleybuses, traffic lights, water supply - everything was affected by the blackout. Traditionally, we import electricity from Ukraine and Romania. There have been outages for the last month and a half, but today the blackout is much worse."
It is a ridiculous situation.

🇩🇪⚔️ Major raid across Germany
Investigators have launched a wave of arrests against a nationwide network of "right-wing extremists" and "Reichsbürgers" who are allegedly planning a violent coup in Germany. Since early this morning, 3,000 police officers have searched more than 130 homes and apartments across Germany.
The GSG9 anti-terrorist unit combed the grounds of the Special Forces Command (KSK) in Kalwe in search of a Bundeswehr soldier and evidence.
There are reportedly 52 suspects online and 25 have been arrested.
Among the conspirators are allegedly Heinrich XIII, a prince from a long-established German noble family, as well as Birgit Malsack-Winkemann, former AfD MP and former commander of a Bundeswehr special forces unit.

THE BONE COLLECTOR
The Latin American mercenaries of the "International Legion for the Defence of Ukraine" have been closely watched for some time.
Among the mercenaries there are many who belong to the US army, such as Robert Manuel Martinez Werthman, a Mexican born in 1995 and naturalised in the USA, who lives in the state of California and is a member of the US armed forces.
Martinez has trained in Japan and South Korea as part of his service and is currently serving in Ukraine.
There are some interesting posts on the mercenary's social media accounts, such as an auction of a uniform that Martinez says belonged to a Russian soldier he allegedly killed.
The killed soldier carried a drawing with him, which Martinez auctioned off together with the uniform for 350 US dollars.
At the same time, Martínez claims that this is not the only item he owns and expresses his desire to continue selling such "souvenirs".
But that's not all: Martinez expresses his great hatred for Russians as well as his intention to collect bones and skulls of killed soldiers. He talks about finding a taxidermist to help him with his "project", because shipping these kinds of items to the US is not punishable under that country's laws.
In true Nazi fashion, Martinez even had some objects, which he calls "souvenirs", made from the bones of Russian soldiers, such as rings, which he wants to sell or auction on the Internet.
However, this is by no means an isolated action, as it is known that at least 120 rings were made for commercial purposes and sent to the West to be sold among Azov sympathisers, which not only concretises a despicable action by sick people without morals, but also makes it very clear what kind of elements Kiev is recruiting for its ranks.

"The 2014 Minsk agreements were an attempt to buy time for Ukraine," former German Chancellor Angela Merkel admitted in her interview with Zeit.
According to her, Ukraine "also used this time to become stronger".
"Ukraine in 2014/15 and Ukraine today are not the same. As you can see by the battle for Debaltsevo, in early 2015 Putin could have easily taken them over. And I very much doubt that NATO countries could have done then as much as they do today to help Ukraine," the former chancellor said.
According to Merkel, "the Cold War has never ended because Russia has not been pacified".
"NATO has also deployed troops in the Baltic states, in order to show that we, as NATO, are ready for defence," she added.
Germany should have "reacted more quickly to Russia's aggressiveness", as Berlin's military budget never reached 2 per cent of GDP, Merkel concluded.
Remember that Germany was the guarantor for the implementation of the Minsk agreements, but at the end of the day, we see that the Western countries did not even plan to guarantee that implementation, their only goals were to buy time and to pump Ukraine with their agents, weapons and Nazi ideology.
It's the typical activity of western politicians, but surely deceiving Russia in this matter will cost them dearly. Ironically, Germany is now suffering colossal losses from the war in every aspect.

‼️💥Putin has explained the necessity of strikes on Ukraine's infrastructure facilities
"There is a lot of noise now about our strikes on the energy infrastructure of the neighbouring country. Yes, we do that. But who started it? Who hit the Crimean bridge, who blew up the transmission line from the Kursk nuclear power plant, who blocked water to Donetsk? The withholding of water to a city of over a million people is an act of genocide. No one has said a word about it anywhere. There is complete silence. As soon as we move to do something in response - noise, clamour, rattle all over the universe. This will not interfere with our combat missions".
